Silviculture in Black Hills National Forest, SD and WY

ForWarn observed an anomaly in the Black Hills National Forest located within South Dakota and Wyoming. The decline in vegetation greenness seems to be mostly associated with silviculture treatment but there is also possible insect defoliation within the area of concern.
