Logging near Willamette National Forest, OR

ForWarn discovered an anomaly near Willamette National Forest, Oregon, in July 2015. Clear-cutting has historically occurred, starting around December, although there are reservations about logging in the wet season. Recent active logging in the area as well as a possibility of an escaped logging slash fire is the likely cause of greenness departure.
