Biscuit Fire Reburn in Siskiyou National Forest, OR

ForWarn detected a disturbance in the Siskiyou National Forest, Oregon. The area is regenerating from the Biscuit fire in 2002 and was reburned. A disturbance of this magnitude suggests that the increase fire frequency over the 20th century has progressively reduced tree cover density.
